The schedule should be returning to normal this week last week was weird. Here and there I'll be doing some make up paintings to catch up with the number I should be on. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I love being a turtle, and painting a glass with water in it is tough.

Ok so it's lighter. I think the blue messes everything up. It's starting to look like glass. It'll be better tomorrow.

This one turned out a little on the dark side. Heh, the ability to paint water in a clear glass is insignificant next to the power of the force. I'll be painting clear glasses all week. Well the next four paintings since I'm off a little this week.

Today was a difficult painting day. It was hard to keep it looking yellow green in parts. On a good note I totally lost track of time which means my brain shifted to the right hemisphere and was completely focused on the task at hand. I also noticed my cad yellow is a little weak sauce when it comes to mixing it with other colors. Happy Mid-Week!

SKULL! I used pthalo blue for the background and it got way out of hand. I need to remember that a little of that color goes a real long way. I sure your saying, "wait, it Friday and it should paining number 40." Well I declared Tuesday as a river day and I didn't paint that day. Number forty will be tomorrow.
