It was interesting today painting a portrait of the wife. I started late in the evening and I was neat watch the light from the window fade and the light from the laptop she was on become the predominant light source. Next time I do this I will start way earlier. I do think this painting looks more like her.

I tried to do a portrait of my wife. I assure you she's less mannish than the painting makes her look. I need a lot more practice doing portraits. Maybe next week.
